Listed within the Bank Owned tab are:

Homes - This page offers a breakdown of all of the Horry County and Georgetown County Homes listed in the MLS that are bank owned and ready to sell! Condos - Here you will find all of the condos listed in the MLS that are bank owned in Horry and Georgetown County. The Oceanfront properties are listed first, then all of the condos that are second row and beyond. Multi Family - This page offers a breakdown of all the Horry and Georgetown County Multi Family properties (i.e. Duplexes, Apartment Buildings) listed in the MLS that are bank owned and ready to sell!

Local Foreclosures – All the Horry and Georgetown County properties currently in the Foreclosure or Pre-foreclosure status listed in the MLS will be under this tab.

We also have special information on all the properties that are to be sold at the Horry County Foreclosure auction each month. This includes properties that are not listed with an agent, and can mean a fantastic deal for our Buyers. Ask us how you can get a property for pennies on the dollar at the next auction!
