Cherry Grove Beach Homes...  The Cherry Grove Marsh spills here, between Tidewater Golf Course and this quaint, fishing village like neighborhood.  Navigable canals cut into every street, so you can park your little boat right by your back door.  Just hop on it and go fishing.  The Cherry Grove Pier is right across the street.  The new Prince Resort stands guard right above it.

There is some serious fishing off this pier.  For those who just want to "Jimmy Buffet" it, there is an easy going oudoors pub right on it.  Go ahead:  cheer your fisherman...  yeah, go Larry, go!  Yup, I'll have ANOTHER margarita; all this fishing is making me thirsty!

From the balcony of a two bedroom condo I just sold at Baywatch.  These 2BR units used to sell for $ 540,000 in 2005.  This one just closed last week for $ 280,000.  And yes, it was an AR referral.   Thank you AR!  That brings the number to 24 !!!  Yes, 24 clients from AR so far.   I guess everyone wants to be in Myrtle Beach.  Can you blame them?
