I have been a Realtor since 1988, after a career in modeling, and a mini career as an activist for various organizations such as Amnesty International and a few environmental concerns. A friend of the family kept telling me that I needed to get into Real Estate. He kept putting a bug in my ear every single time we spoke. One day I decided to take his advice. My first week as a Real Estate Agent, in Sacramento, California, I had three transactions, and I've never looked back since.

Being a Realtor has been a thoroughly satisfying career for me. I have helped a lot of people, and I have such a good feeling of pride looking at my track record. I have helped my investors make quite a hefty return. I have stopped foreclosures for my distressed clients. I have put people in homes, when nobody else could. I have navigated the "seas" of new construction and ensured the right performance from the Builders on behalf of my clients.

As a little girl in Eastern Europe, I used to go to the open market and negotiate with the vendors for produce. Most of the time I had no money to buy anything. I negotiated, just to negotiate and see how low I could get the price down to. As a Buyer's Agent, that "practice" has come in handy... As a Seller's Agent, I am an old pro at the "art of negotiating", and that has served my Seller clients quite well...
